I was born and raised in Hong Kong. After I finished my fourth year of high school,  I went to study abroad in United states for 5 years and get a Fine Art B.A. degree at the University of Minnesota.

During my years of learning and creating art, I always try to find a balance between aesthetics and technique in my creative process and expression. Most of the time my works contain unconscious orientalism or symbol of Chinese traditional ethics culture, I see them as a personal signature and representation of my identity and cultural background. Through art, I hope to evoke resonance among my audiences despite language barriers, cultural differences, and geographic distance.
